Evans Cycles will relaunch its partnership with the Cube bicycle brand.
The partnership will see the retailer’s 71 locations, as well as the online store, feature products from the Cube range, after a three-year hiatus. The Cube range consists of high quality mountain, road, cyclo-cross and e-bikes, as well as cycling clothing, parts/components and accessories.
At the height of the pandemic, Cube and Evans Cycles put their business relationship on hold due to supply chain issues. However, thanks to continued investment in infrastructure and inventory, Cube and Evans Cycles parent company Frasers Group is able to resume supply later this year.
Russell Merry, Managing Director of Evans Cycles at Frasers Group, said: “We are delighted to be working closely with Cube again. As a retailer we are committed to providing the best choice from the best brands and our aim is to be the leader in cycling in store and online in the UK.
“The inclusion of such a quality range, which spans multiple cycling disciplines, is an important step in this journey and will be available throughout our store network.”
Bart van den Biggelaar, Commercial Director at Oneway, Cube’s UK distributor, said: “It is great that we are able to resume our partnership with the iconic Evans Cycles brand under the new ownership and management of Frasers Group.
“Our values have always been aligned and, now that the issues the pandemic has brought are behind us, we are excited to continue our relationship benefiting from the elevated stores and online reach of Evans Cycles.”
